1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund available
- Technical issues: If the app is non-functional due to our error
- Duplicate payments: If you were charged multiple times
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Issues with third-party playlist providers
- Device compatibility issues (check requirements before purchase)
- Lifetime subscriptions after 30 days
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us through the admin panel or support email
- Provide your MAC address and purchase details
- Explain the reason for refund
- We will process your request within 5-7 business days
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are only available within the first 7 days of purchase.
